This meal consists of a fruit and nut muesli and 0% Fat Natural yoghurt You can chose to add fruit, depending on your taste and how much sugar you want to include. Fruits low-medium in sugar include blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, cranberries and grapefruit.
