You can chose to add fruit, depending on your taste and how much sugar you want to include.  Fruits low-medium in sugar include blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, cranberries and grapefruit.   Fruits high in sugar include pears, lychees, figs, grapes, mango, bananas, tangerines and cherries. Watch for dried fruits such as raisins, sultanas and dates, as they are very high in sugar content.

17% of adults exceed their calorie allowance daily because they have no clue what calories are in their favourite meals and snacks, according to a recent study. A quarter of adults said if they knew how many calories their favourite snacks and treats contained, it would help stop them eating them.  At SmallerKnickers, we’ve produced over 20 Meal Reveal films which show you the nutritional content of some of the most popular meals, breakfasts, desserts and drinks.

NOTES:

Meal Reveal films have been based on an average serving and using the typical ingredients found in that meal.
